Role
We use Xero to reconcile bank transactions, we also want to create excel reports from that data that show us some business analytics. To Succeed in this role you need:
- Strong excel skills: Know how to use Pivot tables and advanced excel formulas
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting and how to reconcile transactions for a Singapore Business
This job entails:
- One time going through and fixing past reconciled data e.g. tax rate on past reconciliation is not correct
- On a weekly basis you will need to reconcile new transactions.
- On a monthly basis you will need to update the excel sheet with new data to show business metrics
Project Type: Complex project
You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
- Have you used Xero before?
- Have you done accounting for a Singapore-based business before?
- Do you know how to create pivot tables in Excel?
- Do you know how to use the following functions in excel INDEX(), MATCH(), FILTER(), TRANSPOSE()
